huahahahaha....
I'm very happy today.
Well, let's recap the incident.
After helping Mr. Leung cleaning the class yesterday, me and Hamka went to chua chu kang to find a job.
First we try Bata shop, when we ask the employees there the person say that she must ask her manager first, and her manager was out so she asked us to leave a phone number.
We try the Kiddy Palace, they asked us to call the Headquarters and have an interview in Paya Lebar which ofcourse don't wanna go there.
After some walk, we found cotton on there.
We try to asked the counter, which is a British guy, about the job and he say we need to go to Novena to write the form.
The day be fore i had already went there to the same store but the form was finish, i told that to him, he reply me with some other stuff but because of his British accent i really don't have a clue of what he was saying.
I only understand the part where he asked us to apply online.
Infront of the store there was Giordano, as we asked the counter give us the manager number, when we call him, he asked us to go to Hougang *great jus now Paya Lebar now Hougang*.
We try a couple more store and got nothing.
Next we travel to Woodlands,
There we try Popular bookstore, we fill up the form and have the manager to interview us.
She say she will call us later because we are not the only one that applying for the vacancy.
After that we walk around and ask for jobs around tha mall and we left to Bukit Panjang.
In there we went to the basement where Hamka work there last year as car polisher.
The manager was such a talkative person and we quite annoyed with it, after i fill up the form, she explain about the pay, which is very low and i don't feel i like it. She continue to talk until Hamka need to cut the conversation saying that we need to go.
Then we asked starbuck but they want us to have a contract at least for 3 months and i think i only want to work for 2 months which is until mid of december.
We also asked in Swensen, we leave our number there and after that we went off to IMM.
In the bus when we were going to IMM, the person from IMM call us and they say they will put me in the serving area and Hamka in the kitchen, they asked us to come tomorrow, which is today, for a brief interview.
Well, we quite happy by then, but still we try to find work in IMM.
We walk around the IMM, then Hamka asked me to try Fish & Co because he say that the pay there was bigger than Swensen.
We went there and we look at the employers which was all
kakak-kakak, *the age maybe all around 25 and below*, after we fill the form, and they take it back, they see through it and they laugh very loud as if they seeing something very funny and unusual, feel like slapping them.
Now is the very exciting part,
After we take off from Fish & Co suddenly my HP rang, i toke the phone and it was from popular, They say they will employ me *that time i feel like flying*, but the person never say about employing Hamka. Hamka afraid that they could not reach him as his HP' s battery is flat.
He asked me to call the manager again and ask for him, but too bad, he was not choosen.
Sooo... I'm going to work on this Monday, huuuraaaayyyy.....
